Enrolment Services Specialist – Classification Band 7 – Moose Jaw Campus, Saskatchewan Polytechnic.

Bi‑weekly $2,177.46 – $2,603.54.

Responsibilities
Provide information, services and support to programs, students, prospective applicants and staff for applications, admissions, selections, registration, grading, transfer credit, PLAR, fees, refunds, student loans, transcribing and credentialing.
Review and assess applications to determine whether applicants’ academic credentials meet program admission requirements.
Partner with programs to maintain enrollment near capacity, admit and register students, manage waitlists, and meet equity seat targets.
Roll, build and maintain course sections for students and create course blocks in Banner Student.
Register students by course blocks and by registration numbers.
Assess and collect tuition fees, calculate and approve tuition refunds, troubleshoot refund discrepancies, sign student loans, and track sponsored and loan activity.
Produce official transcripts and program completion documents, statements of achievement, and certificate/diploma parchments.
Collaborate with key departments – Call Center, Recruitment, Counseling, Finance, Bookstore, Printing Services – to ensure seamless student service.
Enter, change and maintain information in Banner Student to create the official student record.
Use reports and other technical tools to make decisions, audit and correct information, communicate with students and provide statistical information.
Explain, audit and enforce institutional policy and procedures for equal treatment of students across campuses.
Comply with a criminal record check.
Travel occasionally.
Qualifications and Skills
Required:
Knowledge of Saskatchewan and Canadian education credentials; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with diverse student populations; basic computer proficiency in Banner Student and related tools.
Desired:
Prior experience in enrolment services or related academic support roles; proficiency in data analysis and reporting; commitment to inclusivity and equity initiatives.
