Join the academic community as a Sessional Instructor for ECON 201 in Fall 2026. Deliver engaging lectures and support students in their learning journey in Regina and Prince Albert.
We are seeking a qualified instructor to teach ECON 201 across various platforms, including onsite and remote sections. Ideal candidates will have a Master’s Degree and significant experience in higher education teaching. Responsibilities include developing course materials, assessing student performance, and providing guidance for academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and facilitate class discussions effectively
• Prepare and grade mid-term and final assessments
• Develop comprehensive course outlines for students
• Offer academic counselling and support for coursework
• Collaborate with departmental leadership on academic issues
Requirements:
• Minimum Master’s Degree with 5+ years teaching
• Relevant post-secondary teaching experience
• Exceptional communication skills required
• Self-motivated with a focus on student engagement
• Ability to work cross-culturally and speak First Nations language
