Teach BUS 290:
Introduction to Finance at the University of Regina this Fall 2026 as a Sessional Lecturer. Share your expertise in valuation techniques and promote a collaborative classroom experience.
As a lecturer, you will deliver 26 engaging lectures, design assignments, provide timely feedback, and maintain compliance with academic standards. Your encouragement will help foster a supportive learning environment for students, with office hours dedicated to their academic needs. You may also request a Teaching Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop course outline and lecture content
• Conduct 26 75-minute lectures during the semester
• Evaluate and grade assignments effectively
• Promote a safe classroom atmosphere
• Offer academic support and consultation to students
Requirements:
• Graduate degree or PhD in a relevant field
• CFA designation necessary
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Organizational skills with attention to academic details
• Prior teaching experience is advantageous
