Carlyle Elementary is hiring an Educational Associate for a term from September 2026 to June 2027. You will support students with varying needs, ensuring they receive personalized attention while transitioning in their academic environments. This position is critical in guiding students to engage effectively with their peers and adults.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with diverse and behavioral needs

• Assist with personal hygiene and mobility of students

• Plan life skills and academic programs

• Help students transition to working with peers

• Supervise and support intensive needs student groups
Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma recognized by the Board of Education

• Strong adaptability and teamwork skills

• Valid driver's license is essential

• Familiarity with educational software preferred

• Educational Assistant diploma or related qualifications is a plus
