Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with implementing individualized education plans for students

• Supervise and support students' academic and behavioral needs

• Participate in planning and programming with educational staff

• Document all critical incidents and maintain clear communication

• Provide guidance and mentorship to new team members

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory

• Relevant certification or qualifications are beneficial

• Up to one year of experience with youth or behavioral challenges

• Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills

• Basic proficiency in computer use for documentation
