This position requires providing in-class technical support for EMBA classes held at the University of Regina’s College Avenue Campus. Candidates will troubleshoot equipment, assist with Zoom training, and answer UR Courses inquiries. Prior experience in tech support is valued, especially in Hyflex environments, creating an impactful learning experience for students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tech support in modern streaming classrooms
• Troubleshoot and repair classroom equipment
• Assist with Zoom training sessions and workshops
• Update UR Courses training materials as needed
• Support course instructors in using UR Courses system
Requirements:
• Completion of 12 credit hours in current graduate program
• Preference for GPA of 80% or higher
• Enrollment in Levene Graduate School of Business preferred
• Experience in technology support or Hyflex classrooms
• Legal entitlement to work in Canada
