In this position, you will work alongside the Manager of Program Services Continuing Care Education. You'll leverage at least one year of adult education experience to assess staff needs and develop tailored educational programs. Collaboration with care facility leaders is key to fostering an environment of continuous professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct needs assessments for nursing staff education
• Plan, implement, and evaluate training programs
• Use research to guide educational strategies
• Partner with care homes and hospitals for program delivery
• Support nursing staff in specialized skill development
Requirements:
• At least one year of adult education experience
• Minimum of three years in a clinical nursing role
• Experience in educational program design
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care approaches
