Support student teachers as a Sessional Supervisor for Internship at the Faculty of Education for Fall 2026. Engage in observation, guidance, and support while enhancing interns' experiences throughout Saskatchewan.
The University of Regina seeks multiple supervisors to oversee student teachers during their internships. This role involves supporting interns in their placements and being available for additional needs as they arise. Your expertise in the Saskatchewan curriculum and educational practices will be critical in providing effective liaison support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise student teachers across the province
• Observe and assist interns in their placements
• Be on call for additional intern support
• Provide resources for cooperating teachers and interns
• Visit placements as needed for guidance
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Education
• Relevant experience in the education system
• Knowledge of Saskatchewan curriculum
• Proficiency with K-12 curriculum and pedagogy
• Access to a personal vehicle
