The Carnduff Education Complex is hiring a Temporary Educational Associate for the school year from September 2, 2026, to June 25, 2027. Working three hours each student day, this role focuses on providing essential support to students with special needs. Responsibilities include developing life-skills programming and ensuring the safety and hygiene of students while effectively supervising individuals and small groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students with diverse, high behavioral needs

• Lift up to 60 pounds; 120 with assistance

• Ensure student safety and adequate hygiene

• Collaborate with teachers on academic programming

• Supervise small groups of students during activities

Requirements:

• Grade 12 diploma from an accredited institution

• Required valid driver's license for transportation

• Familiarity with school computer software is a plus

• Educational assistant diploma is desirable

• Must clear criminal record and vulnerable sector checks
