This position under the Director of Student Success Services focuses on enhancing student engagement through proven retention strategies. You will work closely with diverse student populations, promoting independence and academic success through timely support and interventions. Your active participation in student activities will ensure every student’s path to graduation is achievable.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate on developing and implementing retention plans
Monitor current retention trends and apply best practices
Offer essential support services for student success
Engage students in various success activities
Plan and facilitate tutoring and orientation programs
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a pertinent field
At least three years of relevant experience
Proven ability to work with diverse student demographics
Effective communication and problem-resolution capabilities
Familiarity with academic advisement and retention strategies
Contribute to fostering a nurturing academic environment at FNUniv.
