Join Rainbow Youth Centre as a Facilitator for our Youth Skills Program, catering to young individuals aged 13-19. Inspire positive change through program facilitation and community networking.
We are looking for a dedicated individual with two years of experience to support at-risk youth. You will plan, develop, and facilitate programs, ensuring the well-being of participants during all activities. Active promotion of the program and resources within the community is essential for expanding our reach.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and facilitate youth programs focused on skill-building
• Supervise, transport, and ensure youth safety
• Network with community resources for program promotion
Requirements:
• Minimum two years experience with at-risk youth
• At least one year of facilitation experience
• Knowledge of teaching strategies and program planning
• Familiarity with conflict resolution concepts
• Flexibility in working hours to meet program needs
