Exciting opportunity as a Casual Instructor - Registered Practical Nurse in Ontario, specializing in both virtual and in-person education. Enhance nursing students' experiences through effective teaching and support.
Your role will focus on implementing various instructional strategies tailored to diverse learning styles, offering not just guidance but educational mentorship. You will assess student progress, provide vital feedback, and ensure that all interactions uphold high ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct nursing students in virtual and in-person settings
• Adapt teaching methods based on student requirements
• Assess and grade student work efficiently
• Facilitate hands-on training and skill evaluations
• Collaborate on new course development projects
Requirements:
• Fully registered with CNO as an RPN
• Recent teaching experience in an educational setup
• Familiarity with Adult Learning Principles
• Two years in nursing relevant roles
• Effective communication and computer skills
