You will build professional relationships, manage curriculum delivery, and ensure compliance with educational standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage pre-clerkship program implementation across sites
• Track and analyze student performance and recruitment needs
• Collaborate with faculty to support teaching expectations
• Facilitate remediation planning and monitor student progress
• Develop relationships with student cohorts and provide support
Requirements:
• Degree in Health Care, Administration, Education, or related fields
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in educational settings
• Strong organizational, communication, and relational skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Proficiency in educational software and data analysis
