Position: Technical Trainer at Brandt

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and document the development priorities for technicians

• Develop effective instructional materials and training evaluations

• Facilitate training sessions both in-house and online

• Coordinate training logistics and monitor student outcomes

• Collaborate with various teams for continuous program improvement
Requirements:

• Certified Journeyman in heavy equipment or related field

• Strong foundation in mechanical and instructional design

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage projects and assess training effectiveness

• Willingness to travel as needed across North America
