Position: University EMBA Support Role
Become an essential part of the EMBA program support team at the Hill Levene School of Business, University of Regina. This position focuses on tech support and training assistance for students.

As an EMBA Student Support staff member, you will work at the College Avenue Campus to provide technological assistance in classrooms and aid in the use of the UR Courses system. You will play a key role in helping faculty set up online tools and support students in navigating course platforms effectively. Candidates with previous tech support experience will find this role beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer in-class tech support during EMBA sessions

• Assist in troubleshooting classroom technology

• Facilitate Zoom training for students and staff

• Update and enhance UR Courses learning materials

• Aid instructors in managing UR Courses tools

Requirements:

• Must have 12 credit hours completed in a graduate program

• GPA of 80% or better preferred

• Preference for students from Levene Graduate School

• Experience in tech support advantageous

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
