Position: Series Training Project Coordinator Role
Location: Swift Current

Join Shoreline Power Group as a Project Coordinator for Series Training in Tiverton, Ontario. This position is integral in developing and executing training programs that support the FCFR project at Bruce Power.

You will collaborate with the Series Training Manager, focusing on converting construction requirements into effective training solutions. This role encompasses the coordination of training activities, evaluation of training phases, and the integration of lessons learned from previous projects. Your focus will be on ensuring that all training proceeds smoothly and meets necessary industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze technical specifications and manuals for training

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs

• Maintain training records in management systems

• Monitor the effectiveness of training through KPIs

• Provide onsite support for training activities

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent

• Industrial construction coordination experience

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project

• Excellent leadership and organizational skills

• Knowledge of 3D printing is an asset
