This Sessional Lecturer position for English 110-005 spans from September to December 2026. Responsibilities include creating instructional materials, assessing student performance, and holding office hours for academic support. Compliance with Faculty of Arts regulations throughout the course is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach English 110-005 in person (TR )
• Develop instructional materials and course syllabi
• Provide timely feedback and assessments to students
• Hold office hours for student assistance
• Ensure adherence to teaching regulations
Requirements:
• M.A. in English or higher, or M.F.A. in Creative Writing
• Teaching experience equivalent to 15 three-credit hour courses
• Proven track record of teaching effectiveness
• Legal entitlement to work in Canada
• On-site work within Canada is required
