In this managerial role, you will design and implement the Corporate Education strategy while fostering a sustained learning culture across the organization. Key responsibilities include managing the Leadership Academy and co-creating tailored learning paths. You will partner with HR and Business leaders to ensure educational initiatives contribute to measurable business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement organizational Corporate Education strategy
• Manage and enhance the Leadership Academy
• Co-create targeted learning programs for various business areas
• Optimize and govern learning experience platforms and tools
• Drive communication strategies to foster a learning culture
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field
• 5+ years in Corporate Education or Learning
• Experience with LMS/LXP in Industrial settings
• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies
• Strong collaboration and critical thinking skills
