The University of Regina seeks a qualified instructor for its English 110-500 course. Applicants must have an M.A. in English or an M.F.A. in Creative Writing, along with proven teaching success. Candidates capable of utilizing modern instructional technologies will be prioritized, helping students navigate both traditional and digital learning environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide students in critical discussions of texts
• Develop lesson plans that encourage analytical writing
• Offer timely assessment of students’ work
• Introduce relevant digital tools for enhanced learning
• Facilitate student support through office hours
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in English or an M.F.A.
• Strong instructional background in higher education
• Effective use of educational technology
• Travel to Saskatoon for in-person classes
• Adherence to Faculty of Arts regulations
