SASKATCHEWAN DISTANCE LEARNING CENTRE is hiring a Temporary French Instruction Curator. This contract role focuses on enhancing and organizing resources for French as a second language.
In this 40-day assignment at Sask DLC, you will work on elevating French teaching resources for K-12 educators and support effective second-language instruction. Your efforts will involve collaborating with French teachers across the province to align and develop quality resources that meet curriculum needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and evaluate French teaching materials
• Align resources with Saskatchewan's curriculum standards
• Collaborate with educators to strengthen resource offerings
• Develop training videos for online professional growth
• Facilitate discussions with French teachers for resource enhancement
Requirements:
• Proficient in oral and written French and English
• Experience in teaching French language
• In-depth knowledge of Saskatchewan's French curriculum
• Comfortable using online communication tools
• Ability to adapt to new technologies with minimal support
