Job Overview
Enhance student retention and engagement as a Student Success Retention Specialist at the First Nations University of Canada. Support diverse students and promote their academic achievements. As part of the Student Success Services team at FNUniv, you will implement effective retention strategies and work closely with various student populations.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate on retention plan development and execution
- Monitor and analyze current retention trends
- Offer vital support services for student success
- Engage students in success-focused activities
- Plan and facilitate tutoring and orientation programs
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum three years of relevant experience
- Proven ability with diverse student demographics
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with academic advisement and retention strategies
Foster a successful academic setting at FNUniv by driving retention efforts and supporting student independence.
