Position: EMBA Student Support )
Position Summary  These positions will provide support for the Executive MBA program at the Hill Levene School of Business. Work location will be The University of Regina College Avenue Campus at 2155 College Avenue, Regina.
Responsibilities   Provide in‑class tech support in high‑tech streaming classrooms.
Troubleshoot and repair the equipment.
Training related duties:  Research and respond to “how‑to” questions from users related to use of UR Courses.
Update UR Courses training materials as required.
Assist trainers with Zoom training sessions.
Assist students with basic questions regarding use of UR Courses and use of Zoom.

Assist course instructors with use of UR Courses online course management system:  Enter and edit content in UR Courses.
Set up course tools such as quizzes, assignments, etc.
Support instructors in the set‑up and use of Zoom.
Consult with Training team if/as required.
Consult with Instructional Design team if/as required.

Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements   Students must have completed a minimum of 12 credit hours in their current graduate program or 48 credit hours in their current undergraduate program prior to being selected for the position.
Preference given to students with a GPA of 80% or higher.
Preference given to students enrolled in the Levene Graduate School of Business.
Preference given to individuals with prior experience in technology support, especially with Hyflex classroom support.
Schedule  Position titles:
Friday Support Position (7:30am – 4:30pm) or Saturday Support Position (7:45am – 4:45pm). Employees must be available for all class dates listed below for the position(s) chosen.

Physical Demands, Pay Grade, Salary Range, Status, Work Hours  Friday support position works from 7:30am to 4:30pm with one 1‑hour break.
Saturday support position works from 7:45am to 4:45pm with one 1‑hour break.
Pay Grade and Salary Range as per CUPE
2419 Collectives Agreement. Status:
Casual.

Work Hours:

Casual (full‑time/part‑time).
