The position involves planning content and managing classroom activities for a diverse group of learners. A qualified candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree along with two years of relevant experience in early childhood education. Additionally, you will be responsible for assessments and developing students’ practical placements, ensuring a comprehensive learning atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide engaging instruction in early childhood administration
• Facilitate practical experiences for certificate students
• Assess and evaluate student performance through Bright Space
• Plan curriculum reflecting diverse community values
• Collaborate with partners for student placements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• 2 years’ experience in early learning administration
• Knowledge of early childhood education regulations
• Ability to create and manage budgets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
