Foundations Learning & Skills Saskatchewan seeks a Lead Coach to support adult learners in their literacy journey. You'll work closely with individuals to assess their skills and tailor sessions based on their goals and interests. With comprehensive training provided, you’ll gain access to resources that empower you to effectively teach reading and writing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet weekly with adult learners to boost literacy
• Develop personalized learning plans tailored to individual needs
• Utilize provided resources and templates for each session
• Evaluate learner progress and provide feedback
• Engage with diverse adult learners to foster growth
Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older
• Police Record Check required
• Orientation and training participation is necessary
• Strong commitment to supporting adult education
• Ability to adapt teaching methods per learner’s goals
