Early Years Facilitator

Position: Full Time Early Years Facilitator
Support families and children as a Full-Time Early Years Family Centre Facilitator in Regina, Saskatchewan. Implement engaging programs that foster early childhood development and parent involvement.

In this role, you will implement the goals of the Early Years Family Resource Centre program. Collaborate with the EYFRC team to ensure a rich learning environment for families, including planned activities supporting children's development across multiple domains. Strong judgment and effective communication with families and colleagues are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement EYFRC program goals and philosophy

• Plan and organize developmental activities for children

• Collaborate with team members to enhance family engagement

• Maintain safety and security of children during activities

• Build relationships with community partners for resource integration

Requirements:

• Technical/Applied Science Certificate education

• 1–2 years experience in early childhood education

• Ability to communicate effectively with families

• Commitment to personal and professional development

• Understanding of child development practices
