Voice Lessons Teacher

Become a Voice Lessons Teacher at Long & McQuade's Regina location. Share your passion for music through teaching. This contract position requires evening and weekend availability.

In this role, you'll work as an independent contractor at the Long & McQuade Lesson Centre, offering lessons primarily in voice but also considering various instruments like piano and guitar. We seek candidates with a strong background in teaching various ages, alongside music education credentials or significant RCM standing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach voice lessons to students of all ages

• Develop lesson plans based on individual student needs

• Maintain a structured curriculum for group lessons

• Foster a positive learning environment for students

• Collaborate with store staff for lesson promotions

Requirements:

• Music degree or diploma from a recognized institution

• Grade 8 RCM standing with Grade 2 Rudiments

• Proven teaching experience with all age groups

• Familiarity with diverse teaching methods

• Professional equivalence in music teaching
