Assistant Early Learning Manager

Join Hope's Home as an Assistant Early Learning Manager in Regina, responsible for supporting Early Childhood Educators and ensuring quality childcare. This full-time role focuses on delivering a holistic early learning program for children.

In this temporary full-time position, you will provide direct support to ECE and Developmental Workers, while modeling inclusive practices and fostering a collaborative teaching environment. You'll oversee program activities and documentation, ensuring alignment with Hope's Home values and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Hope's Home early learning programs

• Support staff in developing Behaviour Intervention Plans

• Model inclusive practices for diverse education

• Review and observe program activities regularly

• Provide coverage and assume ELCM duties when needed

Requirements:

• ECE II or III certification required

• Technical/Applied Science Certificate preferred

• Experience in early childhood education settings

• Effective communication with parents and staff

• Ability to promote a positive learning culture
