Part-Time Assistant for Educational Support

Ranch Ehrlo Society Inc. is seeking an Educational Assistant with 1-2 years of experience to provide care and supervision for students facing various challenges. In this role, you will contribute to a safe learning environment while collaborating with teachers to implement individualized education plans tailored to student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care and monitoring for students with complex needs

• Collaborate in planning and programming educational activities

• Guide students through personal and academic challenges

• Effectively communicate with stakeholders

• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and updates

Requirements:

• Must have Grade 12 education

• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred

• Ability to manage crises with patience and calm

• Transport students as necessary

• Administer medications when required
