Your role under the Director of Student Success Services involves overseeing scholarship and emergency bursary funds. You will work to evaluate and expand the scholarship program, ensuring that students, both Indigenous and non-Indigenous, are well-informed about available opportunities and requirements. The position emphasizes collaboration with donors and stakeholders for timely fund distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer scholarship applications and eligibility evaluations
• Coordinate meetings with the Scholarship Committee
• Prepare detailed documentation for scholarship management
• Maintain records in line with FNUniv policies
• Implement new scholarship initiatives and communicate with students
Requirements:
• Relevant undergraduate degree and three years experience
• Preference for experience in educational settings
• Strong organizational abilities and communication skills
• Proficiency in record-keeping and managing deadlines
• Commitment to First Nations culture and values
