As an Educational Assistant, your role is crucial in supporting children and youth facing behavioral, developmental, and mental health challenges. You'll work collaboratively with teachers, implementing tailored education plans and fostering positive behavioral and life skills in a nurturing environment. Your strengths in communication and empathy will be vital in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage students with unique needs

• Assist in the development of education plans

• Monitor student behavior and educational progress

• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate situations calmly

Requirements:

• High school diploma is required; additional certification is an asset

• Up to one year of experience working with vulnerable populations

• Effective problem-solving and teamwork skills

• Must have a valid driver's license
