Safety Training Technician SCSA

Drive safety education in the Saskatchewan construction sector with SCSA as a Safety Training Technician. Deliver engaging training to adult learners both virtually and in-person.

This position focuses on providing accurate instructor-led safety training courses, developing existing programs, and ensuring quality customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safety training courses accurately and efficiently

• Prepare, instruct, and evaluate course content and learner performance

• Maintain records of class participation and course documentation

• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support

• Assist in marketing training programs within the community

Requirements:

• Background in occupational health and safety

• Experience teaching adults, ideally in Adult Education

• Knowledge in construction or relevant safety designations

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adapting quickly
