Join the Faculty of Arts at the University of Regina as a Teaching Assistant for CRIM 201-991. Assist with grading, provide feedback, and support students in a face-to-face environment.
This part-time role requires a qualified candidate to support the course within the Justice Studies program. Your main functions will include marking assignments, responding to student queries, and attending classes as specified by the instructor. Preference aligns with senior undergraduate students possessing a strong academic history in the subject area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mark and provide electronic feedback on student assignments
• Assist with student inquiries through emails and discussion boards
• Meet regularly with the instructor for course coordination
• Attend selected course classes as directed
• Promote student engagement and communication
Requirements:
• Strong academic record in Justice Studies
• Must be a senior undergraduate student
• In-depth knowledge of Criminal Justice topics
• Compliance with employment eligibility documentation
• Availability from September to December 2026
