Position: Sessional Instructor for ADMN 285
Drive academic excellence as a Sessional Instructor for ADMN 285, Introduction to Financial Accounting, in Regina this Fall. This on-site role demands strong teaching abilities and student support skills.

You will be responsible for teaching important financial concepts while also grading assignments, facilitating discussions, and providing advice to students. With a focus on academic integrity, you will ensure all course materials and assessments meet university standards. Your communication and mentorship skills will play a vital role in student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver course content within university academic guidelines

• Monitor and assess student engagement in discussions

• Prepare exams and course outlines for effective learning

• Provide academic advising and support to students

• Ensure rigorous grading of assignments and exams

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of work experience

• Proven experience in a university teaching role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with cross-cultural education environments

• Knowledge of First Nations languages an asset
