Become a valuable educator at Balcarres Community School, teaching grades 3-4 for the 2026-27 school year. This temporary position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on student success.
Prairie Valley School Division is looking for a temporary Grade 3/4 Teacher effective November 13, 2026 to June 30, 2027. Candidates should ideally hold a Bachelor of Education degree and a valid Saskatchewan teacher certificate. This role emphasizes compassion, collaboration, and continuous improvement within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging lessons for Grade 3 and 4 students
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods
• Collaborate with school staff to create a supportive learning environment
• Communicate effectively with students and parents
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Education degree required
• Valid Saskatchewan teacher certificate, or expected by December 2026
