As a full-time Technical Trainer at Brandt, your role is pivotal in enhancing service technician capabilities across our dealerships. You will assess the needs of heavy-duty mechanics, create quality instructional materials, and implement effective training strategies for maintenance and diagnostics of powered mobile equipment. Your expertise in curriculum development and monitoring training metrics will facilitate continuous improvement across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess training needs for Brandt’s service technicians
• Collaborate on instructional material development
• Implement technician development programs effectively
• Monitor OEM training metrics for certifications
• Report on performance and achieve training goals
Requirements:
• Certified Journeyman in heavy duty equipment
• Strong instructional design and delivery skills
• Experience in curriculum development and evaluation
• Ability to travel across North America
• Proficient in MS Office applications
