Location: Arcola

Starting September 18, 2026, this continuing position entails 3 hours of daily support. Responsibilities include assisting students’ personal and medical needs, and developing life skills programs as guided by teachers. A commitment to collaboration and adaptation is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the personal needs of students
• Develop and implement life skills programming
• Supervise intensive needs students and small groups
• Transport students in your personal vehicle
• Carry out behavioral and safety plans tailored to students
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 diploma from an accredited institution
• Valid driver’s license for student transport
• Proficiency in educational software and tools
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Background in behavioral education is advantageous
