Location: Pilot Butte
Take on a Full-Time Temporary role as a Grade 5 Homeroom Teacher at Pilot Butte School with Prairie Valley School Division. Play a vital role in shaping the minds of young learners.
This temporary contract runs from November 9, 2026, to June 30, 2027. We are looking for educators with a Bachelor of Education and a valid Saskatchewan teacher certificate. Focus on compassion, curiosity, and collaboration in a diverse school community of 559 students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Educate and guide fifth graders through their curriculum
• Create an empathetic and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate on educational strategies with fellow teachers
• Engage with parents regarding student progress
• Favor innovation and continuous improvement in teaching
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Education degree required
• Valid Saskatchewan teacher certification expected by December 2026
• A strong commitment to equity in education
