Join Cameco as a Master Data SAP Specialist, focusing on vital assets within the mining industry in Saskatchewan. This senior position operates on a schedule of 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off.
As a Senior Master Data Specialist at Cameco, you'll concentrate on fixed mechanical assets, contributing your engineering or trades expertise. Applicants should possess a minimum of 10 years experience in relevant roles along with 5 years in site-based positions in mining or energy. Your primary responsibility will be creating Inspection PMs in SAP EAM, ensuring operational data is accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations concerning fixed mechanical assets
• Develop and maintain Inspection PMs in SAP EAM
• Conduct site walkdowns for asset assessments
• Collaborate closely with maintenance and engineering teams
• Implement maintenance planning strategies
Requirements:
• 10+ years of engineering, operations, or maintenance experience
• Proven SAP EAM proficiency essential
• At least 5 years in site-based mining or energy roles
• Mechanical background preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus
