Launch your career as a Solids Control Field Technician, where safety and technology meet! Hone your skills in mechanical processes and support sustainable drilling operations while working on exciting projects across Canada.
This role provides hands-on experience with solids control equipment in a safety-sensitive work environment. You will undergo comprehensive training and work a 14 days on/7 days off rotation. Responsibilities include operating specialized systems, performing fluid analyses, and participating in daily safety meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Learn to operate shaker tanks and centrifuge systems
• Conduct drilling fluid property analyses as part of the operations
• Complete safety inspections and reports daily
• Maintain cleanliness and organization on job sites
• Assist in project logistics and operational effectiveness
Requirements:
• Minimum High School diploma or GED
• Preferred experience in solids control or related fields
• Clean driver's license and record required
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-service mindset are essential
