In this critical position, you will take a leadership role, managing design teams on high-voltage projects within Canada. You will prepare essential project documentation, oversee design tasks, and provide technical mentorship. Your responsibility includes ensuring each project meets budgetary and timeline goals while developing engineering solutions that adhere to high standards of safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project teams for high-complexity designs
• Prepare reports, proposals, and detailed engineering documents
• Execute design packages with focus on cost and timeline
• Mentor junior engineers and review design work
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders on project progress
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
• At least 15 years of engineering experience
• Registered or eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer
• Familiarity with PLS-CADD and CAD software
• Required fieldwork and construction experience
