Ideal for candidates with over 10 years in an industrial setting, you will work collaboratively with Maintenance and Operations departments. Your responsibilities will include analyzing performance data and developing Asset Care Strategies alongside fostered relationships with stakeholders. Engage deeply in continuous improvement practices to enhance maintenance and reliability throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement Asset Care Strategies for assets
• Analyze data for improving maintenance strategies
• Collaborate with teams to enhance equipment reliability
• Optimize workflows and processes for accountability
• Lead projects related to maintenance and reliability
Requirements:
• Over 10 years of related industrial experience
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• Professional Engineer designation is a plus
• Knowledge of RCFA and RCM methodologies
• Experience with maintenance management systems
