This senior position is ideal for candidates with a PhD or MSc in Metallurgical or Materials Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop solutions for steelmaking processes through R&D
• Lead experimentation and communicate findings effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external experts
• Provide guidance and training to R&D staff and students
• Support R&D laboratory equipment and operation
Requirements:
• Advanced degree in Metallurgical or Materials Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of steelmaking research experience
• Familiarity with thermodynamic modeling software
• Experience in statistical design and data analysis
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills
