Support life-saving missions at STARS as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer in Regina. Keep our fleet ready to fly around the clock, using your expertise in maintenance and aviation regulations.
This role places you at the heart of STARS’ operations, maintaining and enhancing aircraft performance for critical care missions. Your experience will guide adherence to policies while implementing repairs and modifications. A collaborative approach with manufacturers and compliance with aviation standards are vital for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out maintenance tasks as per STARS' manuals
• Follow Transport Canada regulations and directives closely
• Act as a technical contact for manufacturers and overhaul agencies
• Effectively implement engineering retrofits to the fleet
Requirements:
• Technical Diploma or equivalent education
• Current AME License (M1 or M2) is required
• Minimum 3 years of progressive AME experience
• Experience with turbine engines and CARs
• Flexible availability for on-call duty
