The CRC is hiring two permanent Lead Process Engineers dedicated to elevating safety and performance within the refinery operations. As a leader, you will guide engineering initiatives focused on efficiency, reliability, and compliance with industry standards. Collaboration with other engineers and operational teams is key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead initiatives for improving energy efficiency and reliability

• Author and execute plans using performance and simulation data

• Provide mentorship on process engineering tasks and deliverables

• Be the technology authority for critical process areas

• Strengthen engineering practices with internal standards and benchmarks

Requirements:

• Over 8 years in engineering within refining or similar sectors

• Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering or an equivalent field

• Professional Engineering designation (P.Eng)

• Strong background in refinery engineering across various processes

• Commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement
