Elevate your engineering career as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer focused on electrical equipment and instrumentation within a refinery environment. Based in Western Canada, you will troubleshoot and design solutions for reliability and safety.
Join a dedicated team supporting maintenance engineering with hands-on troubleshooting and technical guidance. You will develop Construction Work Packages while ensuring equipment performance and system improvements. Collaborating closely with engineers and tradespeople, your expertise in electrical engineering will help maintain plant integrity and minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical equipment issues
• Develop Construction Work Packages for projects
• Analyze and recommend cost-effective solutions
• Track performance metrics and maintain backlogs
• Collaborate with multiple departments to improve systems
Requirements:
• 4+ years of engineering experience in heavy industry
• Bachelor’s in electrical/electronics engineering
• APEGS registration as EIT or P.Eng
• Familiarity with refinery equipment codes and standards
• Experience with CMMS and Management of Change processes
Drive improvements and uphold safety standards as part of the electrical maintenance team.
