Key Responsibilities:
• Advance knowledge of bearing design and materials
• Support R&D and manufacturing efforts team-wide
• Assist in introducing new bearing products
• Initiate cost-saving projects
• Interface with customers and cross-functional teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering
• Master’s degree is a plus
• Proficient in CAD software (Unigraphics, Pro/E)
• Attention to detail and instruction writing
• Strong team facilitation skills
