At EOSOL Group, the HSE Officer supports safety for utility-scale wind projects across Canada. You will participate in daily safety meetings, enforce compliance, and support safety documentation processes. This role is crucial to maintaining safe working conditions and upholding HSE standards during operations and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Enforce HSE compliance throughout field activities
- Actively participate in daily safety meetings
- Verify compliance with safety procedures and regulations
- Report unsafe conditions and prepare safety reports
- Conduct audits and support site inspections
- Previous experience in HSE, ideally within wind projects
- Robust understanding of safety processes and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills for documentation
- Proficient in conducting training and safety audits
- Relevant health and safety certifications required
