In this permanent position, Co-op Refinery Complex is looking for two Lead Maintenance Engineers, focusing on Electrical & Instrumentation and Mechanical disciplines. You will spearhead maintenance engineering tasks, mentor junior engineers, and ensure equipment integrity and performance standards are met.

Your role will be critical in driving safety and reliability within the refinery’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead maintenance engineering tasks of varying complexity

• Support technical issue resolution for tradespeople

• Develop feasible solutions considering performance and risks

• Manage engineering metrics and backlog efficiently

• Foster cross-functional collaboration for asset performance
Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in heavy industry

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering and P.Eng designation

• Familiar with refinery codes and industry standards

• Expertise in Construction Work Packages and CMMS

• Proven mentorship capabilities and leadership experience
