The CRC is seeking two permanent Lead Process Engineers focused on delivering impactful engineering initiatives. In this leadership role, you will collaborate with engineering and operational teams to enhance performance and compliance with industry standards. Your significant experience will enable you to lead improvements in energy efficiency and reliability while mentoring others in process engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead energy efficiency and reliability improvement initiatives
• Author and execute plans based on performance data
• Mentor team members on process engineering deliverables
• Serve as the technology authority for critical processes
• Enhance engineering practices by establishing standards
Requirements:
• Over 8 years in engineering within refinery operations
• Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• P.Eng designation required
• Strong refinery engineering background across multiple processes
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
