Position: City Land Development Coordinator
Join the City of Regina as a Land Development Coordinator and play a crucial role in managing sustainable and well-planned community initiatives. This position emphasizes collaboration with various stakeholders within the land development sector.

As the Land Development Coordinator, your responsibilities include coordinating complex Servicing Agreements and Development Levy Agreements while ensuring compliance with municipal standards. You'll leverage your expertise to provide valuable recommendations and lead technically challenging projects that require effective negotiation and communication skills. Additionally, you'll play a key role in cross-department coordination and policy development, enhancing the city’s growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on Servicing and Development Levy Agreements

• Analyze data for contract development and outcomes

• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders

• Lead project teams and organize training sessions

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Planning with minimum 4 years' experience

• Civil Engineering Diploma with 6+ years’ related experience

• In-depth knowledge of urban planning and sustainability

• Strong leadership, organizational, and writing skills

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required for role
